Hours: Part-time (16 per week, flexible as to when worked)
Salary: £10,475 ( £26,188 FTE)
Location: Fully remote with occasional meetings in North London
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP (November 2023)
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Purpose
​
As Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that Wave for Change maintains effective day-to-day operations to achieve as we achieve our vision.
In this pivotal, highly-varied role, you will be a key member of our small team, working closely with the Chief Executive, Relationships Manager, Co-founder and Board of Trustees to support our continued growth, development and impact.
The goal of this role is:
to manage and execute Wave’s daily operational activities across the areas of IT, HR, finance, governance, marketing and communications;

Base
Remote working. Ability to travel and be available for events in London is necessary.
